Eligibility: Open to current Wagepoint 1.0 partners in Canada. Participants must be legal residents of Canada and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.  Employees of Wagepoint and their immediate family members are not eligible.

Raffle entry and contest period: The contest begins on June 17th, 2026 and ends on July 7, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Partners can receive one (1) entry/firm for migrating all eligible* clients from Wagepoint 1.0 before their specified early bird special deadline. Partners must email marketing@wagepoint.com once all eligible clients have been migrated to be entered into the draw.

*Client migration eligibility is shown in the Upgrade status column of the Client table in your 1.0 Client directory. 

Prize: Eligible partners will be entered to win one of five Series 11 Apple Watches (base model valued at $549 CAD before tax), with the total prize value up to $800 CAD to allow for customization options such as bands, accessories, or engraving. All prize values are in Canadian dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST). Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash directly from Wagepoint, and must be accepted as awarded.

Winner selection:

• Winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
• Winners will be notified via email within ten (10) business days.
• Entries are subject to verification of migration completion. Wagepoint reserves the right to disqualify any entry that cannot be verified.
  

Reward issuance, verification and withholding rights:

• Winners will be notified via email within ten (10) business days of the draw. Selected entrants must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• Prizes will be issued within thirty (30) days of verification.
• Prizes may be fulfilled via a prepaid gift card in the amount of $800 CAD, or alternatively via direct shipment of an Apple Watch Series 11 and applicable accessories up to a total value of $800 CAD. The fulfillment method will be determined by Wagepoint at its sole discretion. Gift cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of entry. Any remaining gift card balance after purchase may be used toward other eligible Apple purchases at the winner’s discretion.
  

General conditions: Wagepoint reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. Wagepoint may terminate or modify the raffle terms and conditions at any time without notice. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.

Privacy: All personal data collected and processed under this raffle shall be handled in accordance with Wagepoint’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.wagepoint.com/privacy-policy. Wagepoint shall be responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

Amendments: Wagepoint reserves the right to amend these Terms and any associated program features at its sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.
