Migration raffle: Terms & conditions

Eligibility: Open to current Wagepoint 1.0 customers in Canada. Participants must be legal residents of Canada and at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Wagepoint, their immediate family members, and anyone professionally connected to the raffle organization are not eligible.
Raffle entry and contest period: The contest begins on April 16, 2026 and ends on June 30, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Customers can receive one (1) entry for each of the following actions:
- Migrating from Wagepoint 1.0 before their specified early bird special deadline, and running at least one payroll in Wagepoint 2.0
- Attending the live Wagepoint 2.0 webinar
Prize: Eligible customers will be entered to win a pizza lunch for their team (valued at $25/employee to a maximum of $250). All prize values are in Canadian dollars and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST/HST). Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be accepted as awarded.
Winner selection:
- Winners will be selected via random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
- Winners will be notified via email within 10 business days.
Reward issuance, verification and withholding rights:
- Winners will be notified via email within ten (10) business days of the draw. Selected entrants must respond within five (5) business days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.
- Prizes will be issued within thirty (30) days of verification.
General conditions: Wagepoint reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the raffle if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity. Wagepoint may terminate or modify the raffle terms and conditions at any time without notice. By participating, entrants agree to these terms and conditions.
Privacy: All personal data collected and processed under this raffle shall be handled in accordance with Wagepoint’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.wagepoint.com/privacy-policy. Wagepoint shall be responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Amendments: Wagepoint reserves the right to amend these Terms and any associated program features at its sole discretion. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.
