This promotion is available to new Wagepoint customers who have not run payroll with Wagepoint prior to October 1, 2025.
To qualify, the customer or subclient must complete their first payroll on or before December 31, 2025.
Existing Wagepoint Payroll customers, or businesses that have previously subscribed to Wagepoint Payroll, are not eligible. Wagepoint Partners who are currently managing clients on Wagepoint, are eligible to bring on net new sub-clients under this promotion.
Eligible customers will receive 50% off Wagepoint Payroll subscription fees for six (6) consecutive months.
The promotional discount will begin upon completion of the customer’s first payroll.
After the six-month promotional period, standard subscription fees will apply automatically at then-current rates.
This discount does not apply to any additional charges (e.g., NSF fees, rejected deposit fees, or other non-subscription fees). For a full list and definitions of these additional charges, please refer to our Terms of Service Fee Schedule.
The discount is not applied until at least one payroll has been successfully processed.
Customers who do not complete their first payroll by December 31, 2025 will not be eligible for this promotion.
Limited to one promotion per business.
This offer cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotional offers unless expressly stated by Wagepoint.
The promotion is non-transferable and has no cash value.
The six-month promotional period will run consecutively from the date of the customer’s first payroll and cannot be paused, deferred, or extended.
If the Wagepoint Payroll account is canceled during the promotional period, any unused discount will be forfeited.
Wagepoint reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice.
By participating in this promotion, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions as well as Wagepoint’s standard Terms of Service.
The Terms & Conditions for this promotion are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
