Our process

Interviewing at Wagepoint.

We’re focused on finding people who will help us advance our mission and create real impact for our customers and our team, while supporting them to do the best work of their careers. Our interview process balances thoughtfulness with efficiency to ensure a mutually great fit.

Phone interview.

If your application seems like a match, a member of our team will schedule a quick 20-30 minute chat.

Work sample assignment.

For some roles, we may ask you to complete a brief assignment to check your skills fit, but we’ll let you know upfront.

Virtual interview(s).

Expect one or two virtual rounds where you’ll meet your potential manager and possibly key team members for about an hour.

Executive culture call.

To wrap up, you’ll have a casual 20-30 minute chat with an executive to discuss vision, mission, and maybe even a quick joke.
