The Superheros

 

Bill Murphy is the captain of our team. He is responsible for keeping the spirits of the crew high, charting our vision and mapping our course. Bill has spent his entire career helping small businesses succeed first as a Chartered Accountant and then as an entrepreneur. His high energy usually manifests itself with profuse hand gestures and a sparkle in his eye. When Bill is not busy trying to innovate in the small business space, he likes to sing karaoke and bike-ride….though never at the same time!

 

Beth Raymond is our “Jill of all Trades”. She performs a variety of roles ranging from customer experience management to accounting & finance. She is responsible for paying the bills and keeping the power on! Beth also works on marketing campaigns and communications including social media like Twitter and Facebook. Beth holds the most impressive collection of jogging pants on the eastern seaboard (that’s why we keep her in her office)!

 

Amanda Hoeg is the leader of the Payroll Services Operations. She ensures payrolls are processed accurately, timely and compliant with all laws! Phewffff.... If you have questions related to payroll, chances are you will end up talking to Amanda, she has seen it all! When she isn’t busy making sure everybody gets paid, she’s likely hanging out with her dog, Porter or out camping in the wilderness.

 

Paul MacDonald is our very enthusiastic VP of Business Development at WagePoint. He creates long lasting, loyal relationships with clients. Paul is the go-to guy when it comes to acquiring new clients, brainstorming business ideas, or just grabbing a coffee. He has spent almost his entire career partnering up with small businesses to help them succeed! Paul thinks that his role will help improve his golf game.... Apparently, Paul also believes in miracles.

 

Caleb Jacob is our resident Design Ninja with some major marketing skills built in. He is responsible for keeping the Wagepoint brand fresh and interesting by coming up with new ideas that customers will love and then figuring out how to implement them. Caleb lives in Denver so naturally he spends his time shredding on the Rockies and drinking milk right out of the carton. He also thinks that the phrase ‘cool beans’ originated with him – we like him too much to tell him any different.
